Terms of Service
Effective August 3, 2026
MixDelta is operated by Komoji, LLC (“we”). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the MixDelta app, website, or account services. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us at support, at this domain before you rely on it.
Who can use MixDelta
You must be at least 13 years old to use MixDelta, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live — if you aren’t, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. When you create an account, give us a real email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has gotten into your account. Your account is yours alone — don’t share it or sell it.
Your projects stay yours — and stay your responsibility
Your music, your Ableton Live sets, and everything you make with them belong entirely to you. MixDelta reads your project files locally to show you what changed, and — when you ask it to — the assistant can make changes to your Live set. You are always the one directing those changes, and you are responsible for reviewing them. MixDelta’s change history, Live’s own undo, and Live’s backup files are all there to help, but they are not a substitute for your own backups of work you care about.
Your license to the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the MixDelta app for making your music — including commercially released music; what you make is not our business to restrict. The license doesn’t let you resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app itself, or misrepresent it as your own work.
Credits
The assistant runs on credits — prepaid units that meter your use of the AI features. Credits are a way of measuring service usage, not money: they have no cash value, can’t be transferred to another account, and can’t be redeemed for anything except using MixDelta.
Credits you purchase never expire. Credits we grant you — the subscription’s monthly allowance, free-tier credits, welcome credits — do expire, on the schedule shown in the app when you receive them. The app always spends expiring credits first, so granted credits are never wasted while you have them. Prices, credit amounts, and what a given action costs in credits may change over time; changes don’t reduce credits you already hold.
Subscriptions and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. A subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and credits you received stay spendable until they expire on their own schedule. If we change a subscription price, we’ll tell you by email before it applies, and you can cancel first. Depending on where you live, tax is either included in the listed price or added at checkout; the checkout always shows the final amount before you pay.
Refunds and your right to cancel
When you buy credits or start a subscription, you’re asking us to make the service available to you immediately. If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days: tell us at support, at this domain and we’ll refund what you paid, less the value of the service you’ve already used — by purchasing you expressly agree that we begin immediately, and you acknowledge that spending the credits uses up the corresponding part of the withdrawal right. Outside that legal right, refunds are at our discretion — but if something went wrong on our end, write to us; we’d rather fix it than argue about it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use MixDelta to break the law, and don’t break MixDelta: no circumventing credit metering or usage limits, no creating accounts in bulk or by automation, no probing, overloading, or disrupting our services, and no using the assistant to generate content that’s illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.
The assistant is a tool, not an authority
The assistant’s responses are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete, or a bad fit for your project, and they are not professional advice of any kind. You decide what to apply. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome for your music, your mix, or anything else.
Our stuff
The MixDelta software, site, name, and logo are ours (or our licensors’). If you send us feedback or suggestions, you let us use them to improve MixDelta without owing you anything — though we appreciate them all the same.
Service changes and availability
We’re a small company building actively: features will change, and sometimes the service will be briefly unavailable. We provide MixDelta “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond what the law requires. If we ever discontinue a paid feature, we’ll give you notice and refund the unused purchased credits it strands.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost data, or lost recordings — and our total liability to you is capped at the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability the law doesn’t let us limit, and if you are a consumer, nothing here takes away rights your local law guarantees you.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using MixDelta at any time, and you can delete your account as described in our privacy policy. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially break these terms; if we terminate your account without you having done so, we’ll refund your unused purchased credits.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and move the effective date at the top. For material changes we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use MixDelta after that means you accept them. If you don’t, stop using the service and we’ll part on the terms that existed when you last agreed.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas — except that if you’re a consumer whose local law gives you the right to sue at home under your own law, you keep that right. Before anyone sues anyone, email us at support, at this domain — most problems are fixable in one reply.
